Terms and Conditions

B&B Design Solutions

1. Scope of Services

B&B Piping Design Solutions (“the Company”) provides professional piping design, drafting, spool drawings, and related engineering documentation services. Services are limited to design deliverables and do not include physical construction, procurement, or field execution unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate project information, drawings, specifications, and reference materials required for design.

  • The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving all design deliverables before fabrication or installation.

  • The Client shall obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and certifications for construction or installation.

3. Deliverables and Revisions

  • Deliverables will be provided in the format agreed upon (e.g., PDF, CAD files).

  • The Company allows one round of minor revisions at no additional charge. Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed at the agreed hourly or project rate.​

4. Fees and Payment

  • Fees will be outlined in the proposal or quotation provided prior to project commencement.

  • A purchase order or written acceptance is required to initiate work.

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables solely for the project for which they were prepared.

  • The Client may not resell, sublicense, or reuse deliverables for other projects without prior written consent.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • The Company provides design deliverables based on the information provided by the Client and does not guarantee construction or fabrication outcomes.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays, fabrication errors, or cost overruns.

  • The Client is solely responsible for verifying dimensions, site conditions, and constructability before execution.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. The Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (or your chosen jurisdiction).

10. Acceptance

By engaging B&B Piping Design Solutions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
